- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, software, and hardware
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 6+ Months of experience in desktop support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with IT service management tools
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
