We are looking for a skilled Service Technician – ELV Systems responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of ELV systems including CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Access Control Systems (ACS), and Public Address (PA) systems at client locations.
Key Responsibilities
Installation, testing, and commissioning of CCTV, FAS, ACS, and PA systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of ELV systems.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to cameras, controllers, fire alarm panels, access control devices, and PA systems.
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs or component replacements when required.
Conduct system inspections and health checks at client sites.
Provide on-site support and resolve service calls within the defined TAT.
Maintain proper service reports, installation reports, and maintenance logs.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for service scheduling and issue resolution.
Ensure all work is carried out following safety and quality standards.
Support system upgrades, expansions, and integration with other security systems when required.
Required Skills
Knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR configuration, networking basics.
Understanding of Fire Alarm Systems (conventional & addressable panels).
Experience in Access Control Systems, biometric devices, card readers.
Familiarity with Public Address (PA) systems and amplifiers.
Basic knowledge of IP networking, cabling, and structured wiring.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and system faults.
