We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Service Staff to join a premium restaurant in Lower Parel, Mumbai. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them efficiently.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup before and after service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth order delivery.
- Handle guest queries and resolve concerns courteously.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and restaurant service standards.
- Support the team during busy service hours.
Eligibility
✔ Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality industry.
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✔ Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
✔ Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
