Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products or services, handling customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound/in calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate and share sales reports with management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and market trends.
