Job Title: Tea Factory Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Tea Factory Manager to oversee the complete tea manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality production, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and achievement of production targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of tea processing, and experience managing factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end tea manufacturing operations.
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Supervise production teams.
- Monitor tea processing stages, including CTC/Orthodox processing, drying, blending, and packaging.
- Implement quality control procedures and food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in tea manufacturing or food processing.
- Previous experience as a Production Manager, Assistant Factory Manager, or Tea Factory Manager is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of tea manufacturing processes (CTC and Orthodox).
- Production planning and process optimization.
- Quality assurance and quality control.
- Team leadership and workforce management.
- Preventive maintenance coordination.
- Inventory and warehouse management.
- Cost control and production efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good reporting skills.
