Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Welder to join our Aluminium Formwork (Aluform) production team. The candidate will be responsible for welding aluminium components such as panels, beams, props, and accessories with high precision, ensuring structural strength, dimensional accuracy, and superior finish as per project and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG/MIG welding on aluminium formwork components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Fabricate and assemble aluminium parts like panels, brackets, beams, and supports.
- Ensure proper alignment, fitting, and finishing of welded components.
- Maintain quality standards and avoid rework or defects.
- Conduct inspection of weld joints for strength and accuracy.
- Handle welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety guidelines and PPE norms during operations.
- Coordinate with fabrication, QC, and production teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the work area.
Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in aluminium welding (TIG preferred)
- Knowledge of formwork systems or structural fabrication
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Familiarity with welding tools, machines, and safety practices
- Basic understanding of measurements and tolerances
Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Welding or related field
- Relevant welding certifications (preferred)
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in aluminium welding / fabrication
- Experience in Aluform / construction / fabrication industry is an added advantage
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
