Job Summary
Stories Entertainment is a premier event management organization handling all scales and types of events. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Business Development Executive / Field Sales Staff to join our team.
In this role, you will be the face of our company in the market. Your primary focus will be exploring the market, generating high-quality leads, pitching our diverse event management services, and successfully closing deals. This is a dynamic field work position that rewards high performance with excellent incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Exploration: Actively scout the market, identify potential business opportunities, and approach new clients (corporate, social, and private events).
- Lead Generation: Build a robust pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and direct field visits.
- Client Acquisition: Meet with clients, understand their event requirements, pitch tailored event solutions, and confidently close the order.
- Target Achievement: Meet the monthly minimum client acquisition targets to secure the baseline performance salary.
- Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with acquired clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in field sales, marketing, business development, or the event management industry is highly preferred (Fresher with a strong passion for sales can also apply).
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Mindset: Highly motivated by targets and eager to earn more through performance-based incentives.
- Mobility: Must be comfortable with daily field work and travel within the region. Having a personal vehicle and a valid driving license is a major plus.
- Language: Fluency in Malayalam is required; basic proficiency in English is an advantage.
