As a Senior Consultant, Managed Services at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale technology solutions that support mission-critical healthcare operations. In this role, you will work across the full delivery lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, planning, execution, quality review, and deployment coordination. You will collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to translate business and functional requirements into scalable outcomes, while guiding junior practitioners and helping drive consistent delivery standards.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant, Managed Services on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, functional analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and assess impacts to business and technical architecture
- Preparing technical designs, clarifying functional and technical requirements, and resolving design ambiguities to support solution delivery
- Configuring, building, and deploying solutions in electronic health record platforms in alignment with established standards, templates, and quality processes
- Leading agile delivery activities, managing deliverables, facilitating scrum ceremonies, and reporting status, risks, and progress metrics to leadership
- Reviewing deliverables, performing root cause analysis for incidents, and providing technical guidance to support quality and operational stability

Qualifications
Required:
- 6-10 years of experience supporting Epic platforms
- Experience with Epic configuration changes and system builds in electronic health record platforms
- Experience supporting US healthcare workflows
- Experience working in Agile and waterfall delivery models and using project delivery tools
- Experience estimating work effort and managing deliverables against service level agreement requirements
- Experience performing incident problem management activities, including root cause analysis
- Certification in at least one Epic module across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, or Technical areas, such as ClinDoc, OpTime, ASAP/Orders, Ambulatory, Resolute PB/HB, or Grand Central
Preferred:
- Experience following engagement-specific project delivery processes
- Experience creating application documentation and change management documentation
- Experience developing automation templates or scripts for development or operational tasks
- Advanced certifications in US healthcare
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, or Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent
