Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant
Location: Remote
Experience: 3+ Years (Mandatory in Salesforce Education Cloud)
Working Hours: Must be available to work primarily in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and UAE time zones.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant with a strong background in Education Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, manage stakeholder communications, gather and analyze business requirements, design scalable solutions, and oversee successful project delivery.
This role requires a blend of consulting, solution architecture, project leadership, and hands-on Salesforce expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.
- Conduct customer meetings, workshops, and business discussions to understand requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and prepare functional/business requirement documents.
- Design and recommend scalable Salesforce Education Cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead solution architecture discussions and provide best-practice recommendations.
- Oversee implementation activities and ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project activities using Jira and maintain accurate project tracking.
- Provide regular project updates, reports, and status communications to stakeholders.
- Mentor and collaborate with team members while driving project success.
- Advise customers and management on Education Cloud capabilities, enhancements, and optimization opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Education Cloud experience.
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce Education Cloud implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Education Cloud data model, student lifecycle management, admissions, and academic processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
- Experience managing project activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Jira for project tracking and management.
- Excellent reporting, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications related to Education Cloud, Administrator, Business Analyst, or Consultant.
- Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.
- Understanding of integrations, automation, and Salesforce platform best practices.

We need a consultant who can independently engage with customers, understand business needs, recommend the right Education Cloud solutions, and successfully drive projects from requirements gathering through implementation and delivery.
Note: Hands-on Salesforce Education Cloud project experience is mandatory. Candidates without direct Education Cloud implementation experience will not be considered.
