Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations
- Conduct daily stock verification and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Implement and monitor opening and closing checklists.
- Ensure adequate stock availability and manpower planning; raise indents for daily and weekly requirements.
- Monitor store sales performance and take initiatives to achieve business targets.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all store operations during assigned shifts.
Equipment & Maintenance
- Check and switch on all equipment and machinery before commencement of operations.
- Report any malfunctioning equipment promptly and coordinate repairs to minimize operational disruptions.
- Ensure proper functioning of billing systems, EDC machines, POS systems, and payment gateways.
Hygiene & Cleanliness
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the store, including floors, furniture, display counters, equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
- Verify that no expired products are available for sale or consumption.
Team Management
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate daily sales targets, promotions, and Product of the Day.
- Train and develop team members on SOPs, customer service standards, hygiene practices, and operational procedures.
- Ensure team members adhere to company grooming and uniform standards, including aprons, caps, gloves, shoes, and name badges.
- Foster discipline, punctuality, teamwork, and professional conduct within the team.
Customer Service
- Ensure all guests are greeted warmly and served courteously.
- Monitor service speed to minimize customer waiting time.
- Ensure food and beverages are served only against valid bills and as per company standards.
- Handle customer concerns and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Product Display & Quality
- Ensure food and beverage displays are attractive, well-stocked, and presented according to company guidelines.
- Maintain product freshness, quality, and visual appeal at all times.
Shift Management
- Complete all shift closure activities accurately and hand over operations to the next shift in charge.
- Maintain operational records, reports, cash reconciliation, and stock documentation as required.

Eligibility
- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Retail Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Café, QSR, Restaurant, Hospitality, or Retail operations.
- Prior experience in team handling and store operations preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
