Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), User Stories, Process Flows, and Use Cases.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Work closely with Development, QA, Product, and Project Management teams throughout the SDLC.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements.
- Support solution design, system integration, and UAT activities.
- Coordinate with client teams for requirement validation, change requests, and project updates.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for project stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering.
- Excellent knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with BRD, FRS, SRS, User Stories, UML, and Use Cases.
- Strong understanding of APIs, Web Services, JSON/XML, and System Integrations.
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional technical teams and business users.

- State Power Distribution Companies (DISCOMs)
- State Electricity Boards
- Power Utilities
- Smart Metering (AMI)
- SAP IS-U
- Consumer Billing Systems
- Energy Accounting
- GIS
- SCADA
- Meter Data Management (MDMS)
- Government e-Governance Projects
- Digital Transformation Projects in the Power Sector
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or Business Analysis certification (preferred).
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum are an advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
