Position: Sales Manager – Solar Division
If you've worked in solar sales and are ready to step into a leadership role, this is your chance to build a successful career while helping India transition to clean energy.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Solar Sales Executives.
- Drive residential and commercial rooftop solar sales.
- Recruit, coach, and develop new sales talent.
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth project execution and timely installations.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maximise lead generation and customer conversions.
- Achieve sales targets while expanding SES World's presence in your region.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from enquiry to installation.
Who We're Looking for:
- 3-6 years of experience in solar sales, renewable energy, electrical products, or a related field.
- Leadership potential with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow.
- Basic understanding of rooftop solar systems is preferred.
