Business Development Executive Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, target-oriented, and client-focused Sales Executive to join our advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Identifying, generate, and qualify new business leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales channels. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, along with a passion for helping businesses grow.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable branding, advertising, and marketing solutions.
Present proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales deals.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to project onboarding.
Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to build long-term partnerships.
Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate sales records.
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing
- 0-1 year of experience in Advertising Sales
- Freshers who have just graduated are also preferred
- Agency or marketing industry experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- CRM knowledge is an added advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
