Experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in high-rise residential gated community projects.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Electrician, Electrical, Plumbing, or a related trade.
- Relevant technical certifications are preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesElectrician / Electrical Technician
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential apartment projects.
- Perform electrical wiring, panel board installation, conduit work, lighting, and power connections.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts.
- Identify and rectify electrical faults efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to complete work as per project schedules.
Plumber Technician
- Install, maintain, and repair water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
- Execute CPVC, UPVC, HDPE, and GI piping works.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, including leakages and blockages.
- Read plumbing drawings and execute work accordingly.
- Ensure all plumbing installations comply with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the site team to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical or plumbing systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and execute work accurately.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction site practices.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in high-rise residential gated community apartment projects is mandatory.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
