Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Role: Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional to manage our entire digital presence.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
- Manage all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute a consistent content calendar across platforms.
- Regularly post updates related to activities, achievements, events, and campaigns.
- Engage with followers by responding to messages, DMs, and comments.
2. Photoshoots & Videography
- Plan and conduct photoshoots and video shoots as required.
- Capture, edit, and publish high-quality visual content, including reels, short videos, and stories.
3. Content Creation & Design
- Create engaging and visually appealing posts (text, images, and videos) for all social media platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ideas.
- Ensure content is brand-aligned, engaging, and published on time.
4. Paid Campaigns & Promotions
- Run paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance regularly.
5. Website & SEO (Basic)
- Update the website with fresh content, including blogs, photos, news, and events.
- Support basic SEO initiatives to improve search engine visibility.
6. Reporting & Strategy
- Track and analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, and campaign performance.
- Share monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams for approvals, content planning, and event updates.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities through digital channels.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
