We are looking for a Manager – HR Operations to own the operational core of the People function at Radix. Getting it right - consistently, precisely, without exception - is the job. Done well, this role is the foundation on which Radix builds world-class people operations. The role spans three areas: HR and people technology systems, payroll and statutory compliance across India, UAE, and Cayman Islands, and - by virtue of reporting into the Rewards function - direct exposure to compensation and rewards work. It reports to the Rewards Lead.
This is a role where the day-to-day is the job - payroll that runs without incident, systems that hold, compliance that never slips. Someone who gets that right consistently, and who is intellectually curious enough to ask why something takes as long as it does, will find real scope here. The right candidate communicates clearly across functions and geographies, collaborates generously, and holds themselves to a standard that others can depend on.
HR Systems
-
Own the accuracy and upkeep of HR and people technology platforms -HRMS, payroll systems, benefits tools, and related infrastructure
-
Manage all data operations: employee records, org changes, lifecycle events, role and grade updates, and compensation inputs - with a zero-tolerance standard for data error
-
Maintain system SOPs, configuration logs, and governance documentation; treat documentation as a living asset, not a compliance task
-
Continuously audit systems for efficiency gaps, data inconsistencies, and process bottlenecks; resolve issues before they surface downstream
-
Evaluate payroll, benefits, and HR platforms against global standards, and where a better-fit solution exists, build the case and support implementation - the ability to lead that process end to end is a strong plus
-
Leverage AI and automation tools to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and free up capacity for higher-value work
-
Lead end-to-end payroll across India, UAE, and Cayman Islands - inputs, validations, reconciliations, vendor coordination, and closure - accurately and on time, every cycle
-
Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory requirements across geographies: India (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, gratuity), UAE (WPS, end-of-service), and Cayman Islands (employment law, pension, mandatory benefits)
-
Review payroll outputs in detail; catch exceptions and anomalies before disbursement and drive swift resolution
-
Proactively identify inefficiencies in payroll and benefits workflows; implement improvements aligned to global best practice - tighter controls, smarter reconciliations, reduced cycle time, and tooling that meets the standard of a world-class people function
-
Manage statutory filing calendars and vendor accountability across all jurisdictions; maintain audit-readiness at all times
-
Partner with Finance on reconciliations, provisions, cost reporting, and period-end requirements across all geographies
Rewards — Visibility & Exposure
Sitting within the Rewards function gives this role a natural window into compensation and rewards work that most ops roles simply don’t have. This is not a core delivery responsibility — it is genuine proximity to a domain that can meaningfully expand this person’s professional horizon.
-
Work alongside the Rewards Lead on compensation cycles, benefits renewals, benchmarking, and policy implementation - contributing on data, process, and coordination as the work demands.
-
Build working familiarity with compensation frameworks, appraisal cycles, job architecture, and benefits program management - knowledge that compounds over time.
-
6–8 years of experience across HR operations, payroll, people systems, or total rewards - with direct ownership across at least two of these areas
-
Hands-on payroll experience across at least two geographies; India essential, UAE strongly preferred, Cayman Islands or other offshore exposure a plus
-
Working knowledge of HRMS and payroll platforms as an operations owner - managing accuracy, configurations, and data
-
Genuinely energised by getting recurring processes right - someone who finds the discipline of daily execution satisfying, and sees improvement as something that earns its place on top of a solid baseline
-
Intellectually driven - someone who reads the landscape, benchmarks against best practice, and brings ideas for how Radix’s HR operations can be best-in-class
-
Actively uses AI tools in day-to-day work; approaches operational problems with a mindset of automation-first wherever it adds genuine value
-
Strong Excel and data-handling skills: reconciliations, validation, analysis, and reporting
-
High attention to detail and structured thinking; able to hold multiple workstreams across geographies without losing precision
-
Sound judgment with confidential information; mature and discreet in how sensitive data is handled
-
Strong communicator - clear, credible, and culturally fluent across Finance, Legal, HR leadership, employees, and vendors
-
Collaborative by nature; builds trust across functions and treats shared accountability as a feature, not a constraint
-
Payroll runs cleanly across all three geographies - accurate, on time, and with controls that hold under scrutiny
-
HR systems are trusted sources of truth; data quality is owned, not just monitored
-
Statutory compliance is never reactive - filings, obligations, and vendor accountability are managed ahead of the calendar
-
The operational footprint of the People function shrinks over time as processes become faster, smarter, and less dependent on manual effort
-
The Rewards proximity is used well - curiosity is active, domain knowledge grows, and the person is building toward more
-
Radix’s people operations are genuinely world-class - accurate, efficient, globally compliant, and built on tools and processes that reflect the best of what a high-performing people function looks like.
REVOLUTIONISING THE INTERNET:
We started out in 2012 as a part of the Bhavin Turakhia led Directi Group, which has been a prominent player in the web presence industry since the 90s. The meteoric rise in the number of websites back then led to an acute shortage of quality domain names. The depleting name pool within the .com / .net led to growing customer dissatisfaction as first choice names became impossible to find! We knew that domain names had to evolve in order to serve their purpose of memorable online identities.
Enter Radix.
When the Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) opened the door to new top level domains other than the .com, .net, .org etc., we knew it was the perfect opportunity to solve a growing customer problem.
Equipped with powerful and meaningful new extensions such as .tech, .online, .store, .fun, .site, .press etc. we set out on a mission to eliminate the distinction between the real names and internet addresses of individuals and businesses. We started with an audacious goal of building a world where domain names are less like phone numbers which need to be written and stored and more like brand names which are easily remembered. And here we are, with more than 11 million domains already registered on our extensions, we are well on the path towards revolutionizing the internet. Brands like Mr. Beast (www.mrbeast.store), Viacom (www.viacom.tech), Emirates (emirates.store), Doordash (order.online), CES (ces.tech), Shakira (www.shakira.store) and many more have already made the switch. Its only a matter of time before the rest of the world does it too. To sum it up, the internet history is being rewritten and Radix is at the core of it.
