We are looking for an experienced Accounts Head to oversee accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial controls, reporting, and budgeting across multiple business entities. The role requires strong expertise in finance management, taxation, accounting supervision, and business financial planning.
Key ResponsibilitiesTaxation & Compliance
- Review and ensure compliance of Monthly GST filings and GST returns across all entities.
- Review TDS compliance, monthly payments, and filing of quarterly TDS returns.
- Ensure timely completion of all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Accounting & Financial Control
- Review accounting records and supporting documents to ensure accuracy of books of accounts.
- Supervise overall bookkeeping and accounting operations.
- Ensure proper financial documentation and accounting controls.
- Monitor and strengthen internal accounting processes.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare and review monthly tentative Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
- Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
- Present financial status and recommendations to leadership.
Budgeting & Cost Management
- Lead budget preparation and cost control management.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost optimization initiatives.
- Support financial planning and forecasting activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: CA Preferred (Qualified / Semi-qualified may be considered based on experience)
- Strong experience in GST, TDS, accounting, finalization, MIS, budgeting, and cost controls
- Experience managing multi-location or multi-entity accounting preferred
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

- 8–15+ years in Accounts / Finance / Taxation roles
- Prior experience as Accounts Head / Finance Manager / Senior Accounts Manager preferred
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
