Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
- Record daily transactions, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and cash balances.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support tax filings, GST compliance, and audits.
Administrative Duties
- Manage office documentation and filing systems.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Job Requirements:
A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting, tax and Admin work
