About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Operations Intern (Founder's Office) to work closely with the founder on day-to-day business operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple functions including operations, coordination, and execution across different business areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operational tasks across departments
- Work directly with the founder on projects and execution
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage and track tasks, updates, and follow-ups
- Support in data handling, reporting, and basic analysis (Excel)
- Help in improving processes and identifying inefficiencies
- Assist in communication, documentation, and planning
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written English)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Willingness to take ownership and learn quickly
