Job Responsibilities
- To independently handle and supervise complete Food & Beverage Service Operations of the hotel.
- To ensure smooth functioning of Restaurant, Room Service, Breakfast Service, Conferences and Banquet Operations.
- To prepare and manage staff duty roster, shift scheduling and manpower planning as per operational requirements.
- To supervise daily breakfast operations and ensure timely setup, service quality and guest satisfaction.
- To coordinate and manage Corporate Conferences, Meeting Events, Hi-Tea, Lunch and Dinner arrangements.
- To ensure proper mise-en-place, cleanliness, hygiene and service standards in all F&B areas.
- To interact and meet with guests regularly for feedback, requirements and complaint handling.
- To ensure prompt and professional guest service at all times.
- To coordinate with Kitchen, Front Office and Housekeeping departments for smooth hotel operations.
- To monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance and performance during shifts.
- To train and guide service staff on hospitality standards and SOP compliance.
- To manage restaurant reservations, event planning and guest requirements efficiently.
- To ensure proper billing coordination and smooth operational flow during events and restaurant service.
- To maintain inventory control of restaurant operating equipment, crockery, cutlery and service materials.
- To ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards and safety procedures.
- To handle daily operational planning and reporting to management.
- To focus on guest satisfaction, repeat business and overall enhancement of dining experience.
- To perform any other operational duties assigned by the management from time to time.
