JD – MSL Project Deployment resourceMSL Provisioning ResourceRole Overview: The Smart Room & MTR (Microsoft Teams Room) provisioning process involves creating aresource account for each device, which is essential for booking and managing the room withinthe Microsoft 365 environment. Cisco Smart Room, Teams Admins or Teams Devices Admins aretypically responsible for provisioning and managing these resource accounts, ensuring devicesare properly set up and integrated with the organization\'s Cisco Control Hub and MicrosoftTeams platform.Key Responsibilities: Role involves coordinating with Infra team to get the MTR Resource account, Smart RoomAccount, Network Requirement-Static IP, Perimeter Request, Change Request, MAC AddressBinding with all alignment for Smart Room & MTR, Booking panel provision.Tools & Cloud Dashboard: Cisco Control hub, Teams Admin Center, Teams Pro Management,Logitech Sync, Logitech Select.Involving the Tech Refresh project Scope where the focus on implementing the Cisco SmartRoom, Cisco on MTR, Android on MTR, Window on MTR, Surface Hub, Room Schedulers.✓ Creating the IDAM Request with Standard Template: Determine the room name withMSL Project SPOC and coordinate with IDAM team through SN INC to get the MTRResource account, Smart Room Account, Surface Hub Accounts to make sure theaccounts should be ready in advance for commissioning the hardware.✓ Creating the Static Request with Standard Template: Deployment requires networkrequirement such as Static IP needs to be assigned to the hardware and assured withnetwork team to get those details via Service now request. Classification: Internal✓ Creating the Perimeter Request with Standard Template: Once desired Static IPreceived from network team to get involved the perimeter team to allow/whitelist theIP’s to reach the OEM’s Cloud services.✓ Creating the Change Request: Hardware is delivered to the site and implementationdate is confirmed with Site that placing the Change request to block the change windowfor the upcoming deployment.✓ Creating the AppSpace Request: Co-ordinating with Appsapce team for the bookingpanel deployment.✓ Deployment Phase: Understand the project deployment requirement form MSL project SPOC and getcommissioning of installed hardware at the site. Below are the installation modes to befollowed with the customer and Technical Installation Plan (TIP) /Technical InstallationResults (TIR) documentation has available for each deployment.- Deployment of Cisco Smart Room- Deployment of Cisco on MTR- Deployment of Android on MTR- Deployment of Windows on MTR- Deployment of Surface Hub- Deployment of Booking Panel✓ Resulting PhasePost deployment to be confirmed along with site leads to conducting the necessary testsmaking sure all the services up and running on the installed hardware.Job Summary: Concluded above-mentioned responsibilities overview of the role of MSL Provisioning Resource

2. To provide support for complex incidents, escalated by analysts, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to resolve technical & security issues.
3. To work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, training freshers, coaching analyst.
4. To resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs and collaborate with other support teams to ensure seamless operations & security posture.
5. To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution , minimum rejected resolutions / reopen Cases and mitigating security threats.
