Salary & Benefits:
- Total Monthly CTC: ₹21,000 /month
- In-Hand Salary: ₹17,000 /month (Approx.)
- Work Schedule: 6 Days working | Fixed Sunday Off
Who Can Apply? (Eligibility):
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
- Experience: 100% Fresher-friendly! No past experience required.
- Languages: Must be fluent in both English and Hindi (V5 communication quality). You should be able to speak clearly and professionally in both languages.
- Skills: Basic computer typing skills and a helpful, customer-first attitude.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Assist customers over phone calls regarding product inquiries, technical troubleshooting, or order updates for boAt audio products.
- Provide polite, accurate, and high-quality solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain basic data records of customer interactions on the computer system.
- Aim for high customer satisfaction scores by delivering excellent communication.
