We are hiring tutors for the following subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Social Science, Computer Science, Arabic, Hindi, English, Malayalam, Moral Studies
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and interactive online tutoring sessions.
- Explain concepts clearly according to the student's learning level.
- Help students understand difficult topics through examples and problem-solving.
- Prepare lesson plans, practice questions, and revision materials when required.
- Assist students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage active participation and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with the academic team regarding student performance.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and consistency in all tutoring sessions.
Other requirements
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, or fresh graduates.
- Candidates should preferably be 18–28 years of age.
- Strong subject knowledge in the chosen subject(s).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to speak and communicate comfortably in English (intermediate fluency is sufficient).
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students succeed.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Good interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online teaching platforms (Google Meet, etc.) are an added advantage.
- College students looking for a flexible part-time opportunity.
- Freshers who are enthusiastic about teaching.
- Prior tutoring or mentoring experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
