Key Responsibilities
- Data Processing: Quickly and accurately input text and numerical data from source documents (like invoices, customer forms, or voice recordings) into company spreadsheets and databases.
- Verification & Correction: Compare entered data against original documents to spot inconsistencies, troubleshoot errors, and make necessary corrections before finalizing.
- File & Record Management: Organize, collate, and maintain both physical paperwork and digital filing systems for easy information retrieval.
- Report Generation: Extract, compile, and format information into clear reports or summaries as requested by management or different departments.
Essential Requirements :
Experience : 0 to 2 years
Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing speed
Proficiency: Tally and Excel
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
