Job Summary
Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Corporate Sales Executive to support business development initiatives by acquiring new corporate clients, managing existing relationships, and driving revenue through corporate events, employee engagement programs, and group bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new corporate business opportunities through field sales activities.
- Build relationships with HR, Administration, Procurement, and corporate decision-makers.
- Promote corporate events, team outings, employee engagement activities, and group booking solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions.
- Prepare proposals and assist with commercial negotiations.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Field Sales.
- Experience in Hospitality, Family Entertainment Centres (FEC), Hotels, Banquet Sales, Event Sales, Retail, or related customer-focused industries will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
