Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective guests and travel partners.
* Promote resort packages, seasonal offers, and corporate bookings.
* Generate leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
* Maintain customer records and follow up with potential clients.
* Coordinate with the reservations and sales teams.
* Achieve monthly sales and call targets.
Requirements:
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 5 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or hospitality sales.
* Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
* Good computer and CRM knowledge.
* Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
Salary:
₹8,000 per month (depending on performance attractive incentives )
