Industry: Manufacturing / Automation
Experience: 3-7 years Qualification: Any graduate with technical background
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service calls and schedules with service engineers and customers
- Handle spare parts inquiries, quotations, order processing, and follow-ups
- Maintain service records, spare sales data, and customer documentation
- Prepare MIS reports, service reports, and trackers
- Support service and sales teams with backend operations
- Ensure timely communication and closure of service requests
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas)
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Experience in Manufacturing / Automation industry preferred
- Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
