Job summary: A Client Success Manager is responsible for Account Management, Client Relation Management, Project Management and Team Management. S/he should be able to easily recognize and endorse projects that can lead to the goals and progress of the company vision. Job Description: Collaborate with key stakeholders to prepare, manage, and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure seamless communication, fostering client satisfaction and retention. Initiate and manage strategic partnerships and alliance agreements to drive business growth. Oversee company operations to enhance efficiency, control costs, and implement tactical initiatives to mitigate losses. Prepare timely, accurate, and insightful operational performance reports for leadership review. Lead and oversee marketing initiatives while implementing best business practices to optimize results. Delegate responsibilities effectively and mentor employees to strengthen team capabilities and drive performance. Conduct performance reviews, implement training programs, and ensure succession planning for key roles. Set and monitor targets across Quality, Service, and Productivity metrics, ensuring organizational objectives are met. Resolve operational issues promptly to maximize customer satisfaction and implement preventive measures. Monitor and report productivity, efficiency, and project execution, including tracking actions, communications, and documentation to ensure timely and effective delivery. Take proactive measures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all service touchpoints. 2-4 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relation Management & Project Management Requirements Bachelor’s degree is required. Preferably in marketing or business fields. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills Having worked in a marketing agency is preferred. Competent at the MS Office Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate Experience: 2-4 years Preferred: Digital Marketing
