The Project Lead will drive delivery of strategic initiatives within the CFS Business Management Projects Team, including transformation programs, governance frameworks, and operational improvement initiatives. The role partners with global stakeholders to ensure effective execution, reporting, and alignment to business priorities across regions
About You:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or Project Management
- 8+ years of experience, with strong exposure to project management, business transformation, or PMO environments (financial services preferred)
- Project Management Certification (PMP or Prince II), is a plus
- Ability to travel on business requirement, as required
- Should be willing to relocate or work out of different global delivery locations, as required
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Expertise in project governance, reporting, and PMO frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (Smartsheet Knowledge preferred)
- Problem solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
