Overview
GoldBERRY is hiring an Artist Backend Intern to support the backend operations for 1-10 assigned artists at a time. You’ll help keep the artist’s bookings, communication, calendar, documentation, and follow-ups moving end-to-end—so opportunities don’t drop and execution stays clean.
What you’ll do
- Track booking opportunities from lead → follow-up → negotiation → confirmation → closure
- Maintain artist systems in Notion: pipelines, notes, trackers, next actions, and weekly updates
- Manage calendar & availability (tentatives, holds, confirmations, logistics notes)
- Support communication via WhatsApp/email/calls and summarize decisions into Notion
- Maintain artist documentation: tech rider, hospitality rider, bio, photos/assets, formats, pricing info
- Attend calls (as needed) for note-taking, action items, and system updates
- Track payment & closure basics (advance status, balance due, settlement progress)
Requirements
- Strong organization + follow-through (if it isn’t tracked, it isn’t done)
- Clear written communication and comfort with structured updates
- Comfortable with Notion (or fast learner)
- Professional, reliable, and consistent with follow-ups
- Interest in music/events/artist management operations

Compensation
Project-based or incentive-based (as decided)
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
