- Factory Technicians (2–3 positions)

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain fertilizer production equipment
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform preventive maintenance
- Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and proven experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of fertilizer production processes is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a factory setting
