We are looking for a motivated and experienced Solar Technician & Site Supervisor to join our growing solar energy company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising rooftop solar installations, managing installation teams, ensuring quality and safety standards, and supporting commissioning and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute residential, commercial, and industrial solar PV installations.
- Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements.
- Coordinate installation activities with technicians, electricians, and vendors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and according to quality standards.
- Install, test, and commission solar panels, inverters, batteries, and associated equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and maintenance.
- Maintain daily site reports, installation records, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with customers and provide project updates when required.
- Support after-sales service and preventive maintenance activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
