Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering services aimed at creating effective technical solutions that address complex challenges and meet organizational goals. This role requires collaboration across various engineering disciplines, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. The practitioner actively engages in problem-solving activities, applying a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic understanding, and practical experience to ensure the delivery of high-quality engineering outcomes. Daily tasks may include coordinating with cross-functional teams, reviewing technical documentation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements.
- Maintain and update technical documentation to support engineering activities and compliance standards.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of engineering changes to improve system performance and reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on engineering practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalogue Authoring Guidelines.
- Experience with technical documentation standards and configuration management processes related to aircraft engineering.
- Familiarity with structural and stress analysis principles within aerospace engineering contexts.
- Ability to interpret and apply engineering specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in technical assessments.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse engineering teams and stakeholders.
