Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled BMS Engineer to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems (BMS) across commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire alarm, and other integrated building systems.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and system health checks.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related BMS issues.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors during project execution and maintenance activities.
- Generate reports, system documentation, and maintenance records.
- Ensure system performance meets operational and energy efficiency requirements.
- Support upgrades, modifications, and expansions of existing BMS installations.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Automation, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Building Management Systems, Automation, HVAC Controls, or Industrial Automation.
- Freshers with relevant internship/project experience may also be considered.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, or similar systems.
- Understanding of HVAC systems, PLCs, SCADA, and automation controls.
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, control drawings, and technical documents.
- Basic networking and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
