Hiring for Business Development Executive - Furniture Hardware
Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and growth-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the furniture hardware market. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing dealer and distributor networks, building relationships with architects and interior designers, and driving sales growth for furniture hardware products including modular kitchen fittings, wardrobe accessories, hinges, drawer systems, handles, and related products.
Roles &Responsibility :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the furniture and modular hardware market.
- Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Build strong relationships with furniture manufacturers, carpenters, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
- Promote furniture hardware products and generate new project inquiries.
- Conduct regular market visits to increase product visibility and sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain records of client meetings, follow-ups, and sales pipelines in CRM or reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
- Ensure timely payment collection and customer satisfaction.
