Internship Duration: 3–6 Months , Pay during Internship 5k - 8k

Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify potential companies and decision-makers through LinkedIn, company websites, and other online platforms.
- Generate qualified leads for the Business Development team.
- Research target companies and understand their hiring requirements.
- Initiate outreach through emails, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Schedule meetings with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, Founders, and Hiring Managers.
- Maintain lead information and sales activities in CRM.
- Support proposal preparation and client follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (Final Year Students & Fresh Graduates can apply).
- MBA (Marketing/HR) students are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
