Role Objective
We are looking for a result-oriented Telecaller to join our growth team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential entrepreneurs, shop owners, and small business owners across India to explain the benefits of becoming a CSP Agent. Your goal is to generate leads, convert inquiries into registrations, and assist applicants with the documentation process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases to pitch CSP ID services (Banking, AEPS, DMT, and Bill Payments).
Product Explanation: Educate potential agents on the commission structure, banking services (Account opening, withdrawals), and the long-term benefits of partnering with our company.
Onboarding Assistance: Guide interested candidates through the registration process, including the collection of KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Police Verification, etc.).
Inbound Query Handling: Answer incoming calls from individuals inquiring about how to start a mini-bank or CSP outlet.
Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with "warm leads" to ensure they complete their application and payment for the CSP ID.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all calls, feedback, and lead statuses in the CRM or Excel sheets.
Target Achievement: Meet daily call volume targets and monthly recruitment/onboarding goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Minimum 12th Pass ; Graduates preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service. Experience in Fintech, Banking, or Digital India services is a major plus.
Languages: * Fluent in Hindi or English.
Optional - Knowledge of regional languages (e.g.,Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada)
Communication: Strong persuasive skills with a polite and professional telephone etiquette.
Optional - Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and comfort using calling software/CRMs.
