Requirement (Mandatory):
- Prior HR experience in the construction industry is essential.
- Should have experience in recruiting technical and site-based candidates, especially for electrical contracting projects.
- Ability to understand manpower requirements for project sites and source relevant candidates efficiently.
We prefer candidates who are already familiar with construction/site hiring, as it will help in identifying suitable profiles quickly for our electrical contracting requirements.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who can independently manage HR operations, handle statutory compliance (ESI/PF), support recruitment, and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR
- Strong experience using ESI & PF portals (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of labour laws, HR documentation, and payroll basics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
