About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Faculty of Chemistry to join our premier tuition center in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will possess deep subject-matter expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine ability to inspire and engage students, making complex chemical concepts accessible and interesting.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Design and deliver comprehensive lesson plans and high-quality teaching materials.
- Concept Mastery: Simplify complex topics, clarify student doubts, and ensure core conceptual clarity.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct regular tests, assignments, and mock exams, while meticulously tracking and reporting student performance.
- Mentorship: Provide personalized attention to students, addressing individual learning gaps and pacing.
- Collaboration: Work alongside fellow faculty members and management to continuously elevate the center's educational standards.
- Classroom Environment: Maintain a positive, disciplined, and highly motivating learning environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience is required.
- Syllabus Expertise: Strong familiarity with Board exams, NCERT, and competitive exam patterns (NEET/JEE) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional command over the English language with strong presentation skills.
- Traits: A genuine passion for teaching, patience, and the ability to mentor students toward academic excellence.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
