Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Track project progress and identify potential delays or risks.
- Organize project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support resource allocation and ensure project requirements are communicated effectively.
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
- Assist in procurement, vendor coordination, and project-related administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP systems and project management software.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹10,922.17 - ₹25,000.00 per month
