You will work closely with different teams and management to ensure tasks move smoothly, communication is clear, and systems are continuously improving.

HR & People Coordination
- Assist in hiring coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Help maintain organized employee records and internal documentation
- Coordinate between management and team members for smooth communication
Marketing & Brand Support
- Assist in organizing social media, branding, and promotional tasks
- Research competitors, industry trends, and market positioning
- Help ensure marketing execution happens smoothly and on time
Operations & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with different departments to track ongoing work and execution
- Follow up with teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are maintained
- Create trackers, sheets, reports, and systems that improve workflow management
- Help management bring more structure and accountability into operations
Process & System Improvement
One of the most important parts of this role is improving internal systems.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Observe how work is currently happening
- Identify gaps or repetitive manual work
- Suggest better ways to organize communication and execution
- Help implement systems that make operations smoother and more efficient
This could include:
- Better task tracking systems
- Improved reporting structures
- Organized workflows
- Communication systems between teams
- Process documentation and standardization
