Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the plywood or manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing key client relationships within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Manage and expand dealer/distributor network
- Identify new business opportunities in retail, institutional, and project segments
- Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, and channel partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of plywood, laminates, veneers, or related products
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Market understanding and customer relationship management
- Ability to travel as per business requirement
ligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
- 8–10 years of experience in plywood or manufacturing industry (Mandatory)

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
