Executive — Load Verification
About the role
Be the human gate. No packet leaves the factory without being physically scanned against the picking list. 100% match or a logged exception — no exceptions to this rule, ever.
Key responsibilities
Receive the picking list — for every dispatch from the Senior Executive (Unit Dispatch) before loading starts. Stand at the loading dock — and scan every single packet as it goes onto the truck.
.Maintain a live count — of scanned vs required packets on the scanner / tablet. Stop and escalate — immediately if a packet is missing or a QR label is unreadable.
Log every exception — (short-pick, damaged label, wrong project) with a reason code in the system. Do not authorise truck seal — until either 100% scan match or a documented and approved exception.
Maintain a clean handover log — of every truck checked, with scan time and packet count. Flag recurring patterns — (same project always short, same SKU always damaged) to the Senior Executive.
Support cycle counts and dispatch audits — as required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
