Position Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects from the corporate office, ensuring timely execution, compliance, and delivery of organizational objectives. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Initiation
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Identify stakeholders and align expectations.
- Assess resources, budget, and risk factors.
2. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Assemble and lead project teams across functions.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress.
- Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure smooth coordination between site teams and corporate office.
3. Budget & Resource Management
- Estimate and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor and control project costs.
- Ensure optimal utilization of workforce, tools, and materials.
4. Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential risks and prepare mitigation strategies.
- Resolve project issues promptly.
- Maintain contingency plans for unforeseen challenges.
5. Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
- Conduct review meetings and status presentations.
- Act as a bridge between project sites, clients, and corporate leadership.
- Ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
6. Execution & Monitoring
- Oversee project execution and milestone achievement.
- Track performance through weekly meetings and progress reports.
- Implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
7. Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
- Conduct audits, reviews, and compliance checks.
8. Project Closure & Evaluation
- Deliver final outcomes to clients.
- Conduct post-project evaluation and document lessons learned.
- Ensure proper handover of project assets and documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Management, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in project management, preferably in infrastructure/construction/engineering domains.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
