About the Job
Go Brilliant Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist / AI Engineer with strong expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures, and Time Series forecasting. You will be responsible for building advanced AI systems, developing intelligent automation solutions, and contributing to the AI strategy across client projects and internal product lines. This role requires a blend of strong ML engineering experience, hands-on coding skills, and the ability to move fast with an MVP mindset.
Key Responsibilities
LLM & RAG Development
- Design, optimize, and maintain RAG systems, vector databases, and advanced retrieval pipelines.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy LLMs (Cohere, open-source models) using PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
- Build NLP/NLU/NLG systems, embeddings pipelines, and tokenization workflows.
Machine Learning & Time Series
- Build and deploy ML models for classification, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
- Work extensively with time-series data, including: Non-stationary datasets. High-frequency sampling (seconds/milliseconds), Multi-step forecasting
- Apply advanced ML frameworks: XGBoost, CatBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
Data Engineering & Infrastructure
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for large-scale datasets (SQL, NoSQL, Time-Series DBs such as InfluxDB/TimescaleDB).
- Integrate ML/LLM models into production using AWS/OCI, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Conduct A/B testing, model evaluation, monitoring, and MLflow tracking.
AI Research & Rapid Prototyping
- Contribute to internal AI research initiatives.
- Execute fast iterations with an MVP mindset—focus on proving concepts efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science / AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn.
- Deep understanding of transformers, LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector stores (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma).
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, and production workflows using MLflow.
- Strong grasp of linear algebra, calculus, statistics, ML algorithms.
- Experience with distributed computing tools (Spark) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
