Sales Executive (Showroom Staff)
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and warranty details.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the buying journey.
Requirements
✔ Fluency in Tamil is mandatory (Malayalam is an added advantage).
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
✔ Willingness to learn and grow.
✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel & Email).
✔ Any qualification.
