About the Role
Baynine Ventures is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Business Development & Alliances team. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in partnerships, sales, and strategic growth.
You will work closely with the leadership team to build partnerships with schools, healthcare centers, NGOs, and corporates, while gaining hands-on experience in business development and client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential partners such as schools, therapy centers, NGOs, and corporates
- Support onboarding and relationship management of partner organizations
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) for smooth execution
- Participate in field visits, meetings, and partner engagement activities
- Track leads, follow-ups, and performance using CRM tools
- Contribute ideas to improve partnerships and business growth
Who Can Apply
- Freshers or candidates in sales, business development, or related fields
- Engineering graduates (B.E./B.Tech) and students from any stream are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel and work on-ground when required
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Basic understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Background in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or Education
- Internship or project experience in sales/BD
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho
