We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Engineer – Incoming Quality Control
(IQC) to ensure that all incoming raw materials, bought-out components, and supplier
parts meet the organization's quality standards before being released for production. The
ideal candidate should have a strong quality mindset, good inspection skills, and the
ability to work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams.\
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Incoming Quality Inspection in Automotive/Battery
Pack/Electronics or Component Manufacturing.
Qualification:
-Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Automobile, Electronics, Mechatronics.
Job Purpose:
To ensure all incoming raw materials, bought-out parts, and supplier components conform to quality standards before release for production.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct incoming inspection as per Inspection Standards, and Sampling Plan.
- Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections.
- Verify supplier quality documents (COA, COC, Inspection Reports).
- Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming materials.
- Coordinate with Suppliers, Purchase, Stores, and Production for quality-related
issues.
-Maintain incoming inspection records and supplier rejection reports.
- Support supplier quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure traceability and compliance with Quality Management Systems.

- G8D fundamentals
- Measuring instruments (Vernier, Micro meter, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge,
Multimeter)
- MS Office
- Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone)
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
