Alshifa Cupping Clinic is a trusted wellness and healthcare center in Coimbatore specializing in holistic healing, cupping therapies, and integrative treatments. We are expanding our aesthetic and clinical cosmetology division and are looking for a qualified, passionate, and experienced Cosmetic Consultant (Doctor) to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified AYUSH Doctor (BAMS / BSMS / BNYS / BUMS) with at least 3 years of clinical experience in cosmetic consultations and advanced non-surgical aesthetic procedures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in PRP, GFC, microneedling, skin rejuvenation, and hair restoration therapies, along with strong patient counseling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultations: Perform in-depth skin, scalp, and hair consultations to assess client needs and recommend customized aesthetic treatment plans.
- Clinical Procedures: Perform/administer advanced aesthetic procedures including:
- PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy for hair loss & skin rejuvenation
- GFC (Growth Factor Concentrate) treatments
- Microneedling / Derma-roller / Derma-pen procedures
- Chemical peels, mesotherapy, and anti-aging treatments
- Holistic Integration: Combine modern aesthetic treatments with traditional AYUSH wellness principles for enhanced results.
- Patient Care & Follow-up: Provide comprehensive pre- and post-procedure counseling, monitor treatment progress, and ensure high patient satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical notes, client medical histories, and treatment consent forms.
- Clinic Growth: Assist in treatment package conversions and client retention through ethical and transparent clinical advice.
- Safety & Hygiene: Ensure strict adherence to clinical sterilization, bio-waste management, and safety protocols.
