Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Healthcare)
Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
(1 hour on-site, remaining Remote)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing healthcare team in Trivandrum. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and creating engaging visual content for social media and healthcare marketing.
Experience in healthcare marketing is preferred, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Create educational and awareness materials for patients, doctors and the general public.
- Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, standees, banners, posters, presentations and other branding assets.
- Create doctor-focused promotional materials and referral support creatives.
- Edit short-form videos and reels using stock footage as well as videos recorded by doctors.
- Create motion graphics, animated posters and promotional videos.
- Add captions, animations, transitions, music and visual effects to enhance video quality.
- Coordinate with doctors to plan and produce educational and awareness content.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team to create creatives for campaigns, advertisements and social media.
- Coordinate with the Healthcare Field Marketing Team to develop promotional materials and doctor engagement resources.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print communication.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI and other creative tools to improve productivity and content quality.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design or video editing.
- Proficiency in Canva.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (or equivalent software).
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent video editing software.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar software.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory and layout principles.
- Knowledge of social media content formats and design best practices.
- Creativity, attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Good to Have
- Experience in healthcare or medical marketing.
- Photography or videography skills.
- Experience creating reels, short-form videos and motion graphics.
- Basic illustration or animation skills.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools.
- Experience designing print-ready marketing materials.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role.
Most design and editing work can be completed remotely from home.
However, you will be required to visit our clinic every evening for approximately one hour (between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM) for team discussions, coordination with doctors, content planning, and capturing photos or videos when required.
